Refund policy

Return Policy:
Trilogy Analytical Laboratory (“Trilogy”) is committed to providing products that meet the highest quality standards. All Trilogy products are carefully manufactured, packaged, and inspected to ensure they conform to our specifications. 

Trilogy will not consider any claim for non-conforming product unless the Buyer provides written notice to Trilogy promptly upon receipt of the product. Written notice may include email, mailed letter, or other documented form of communication. Buyer may not return any product without prior written authorization from Trilogy. If a return is authorized, the Buyer shall return the non-conforming product within ten (10) days of receiving authorization.

Products returned without written authorization will not be accepted. Trilogy reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned product to confirm non-conformance with Trilogy’s quality standards. If the product is determined to be non-conforming, Trilogy will, at its sole discretion, either replace the product or issue a credit to the Buyer. 

Except as set forth above, all sales are final, and Trilogy does not accept returns for reasons other than product non-conformance to quality standards.
